Young zucchini - 1 pc.
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Oat flakes - 3 tbsp.
Salt, pepper - to taste
Dry garlic, paprika - to taste

Transfer the oatmeal to a blender bowl, chop at high speed. As a result, there should be small oat crumbs.
Shake the chicken egg in a separate bowl.
Rinse and dry the zucchini, then cut off the ends on both sides. Cut the vegetable into medium-sized oblong pieces.
Dip each zucchini blank into an egg.
Then transfer the sticks to a plate with oat breading. Mix pre-chopped oatmeal with spices.
Heat a frying pan, pour in some corn oil. Transfer the zucchini and fry on all sides for a few minutes.
Ready-made zucchini sticks in crispy breading add sauce, decorate to taste and serve.
