It is best to choose products from a well-known and large manufacturer. First, they try to stick to a specific and already popular flavor. Secondly, due to mass production, they are more careful in their choice of ingredients, and they also care about their reputation.
Shelf life
Most often, such a product contains egg powder, which gives the noodles a more beautiful color and pronounced taste. Its shelf life is maximum six months. If more means there is no dye in the egg powder. And in general, the longer such a product is stored, the more preservatives it contains.
Pungency
If you want something spicy, then it is better to pay attention to manufacturers from eastern countries, for example, to Korean firms. Domestic producers use spices much less.
Time for preparing
The longer the noodles are cooked, the better the product.
In general, the best instant noodles are those that require boiling. Yes, this is only a couple of minutes, but it affects both the composition and the amount of additives - there is definitely less preservative and palm oil in them.
