Vinaigrette with wine and mustard dressing

Ingredients: Beets, Carrots, Potatoes, Peas, without water, Pickled cucumbers, Sauerkraut, ☃️For dressing:, Olive oil, Wine vinegar, Honey, Mustard, garlic, Salt, pepper

Cooking method:

We wrap each vegetable in foil and bake in the oven at 200 °. Potatoes - half an hour, carrots - 20-25 minutes, beets - an hour and a half. Baked vegetables do not absorb water at all, so they have a richer taste, they keep their shape better and do not fall apart in the salad. After baking, cool all the vegetables.

Clean the cooled vegetables and cut into cubes.

We also grind cucumbers into cubes, and if gherkins, then into slices.

Put everything in a bowl, add sauerkraut and a jar of peas.

For the sauce, mix oil, honey, mustard, wine vinegar and crushed garlic.

Salt and pepper all the ingredients in a bowl, add the dressing and mix well.
