Ingredients: Turkey fillet, fresh oranges, tomatoes, lettuce, garlic, basil, salt, pepper, olive oil, sunflower oil
Cooking method:
Prepare all foods.
Salt the turkey, pepper and pour over the juice of one orange. Let marinate, if you have time, then leave for longer.
Rinse the basil, dry and cut into strips.
Finely chop the garlic.
Wash and dry tomatoes.
Set 2 pans to heat up. Pour 3 tablespoons of oil into one.
Add turkey and sear 5-7 minutes until cooked through, turning every 1-2 minutes.
In the second frying pan, add 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil, put the tomatoes, fry them until the skin starts to burst.
Add garlic and basil to the tomatoes, fry for another minute.
Transfer the salad mix to a bowl and add the orange pulp and spices to taste. Stir.
Serve putting a salad on a plate, a turkey on top of it, next to it are fried tomatoes.
