Ingredients:

Beef - 400 g
White mushrooms - 100 g
Onion - ½ units.
Cream 20-22% - 300 ml
Wheat flour - 40 g
Nutmeg - 4 g
Black pepper powder - ¼ tsp
Butter - 30 g
Salt - ½ tsp
Garlic - 1 clove


Preparation:

The first step is to cut the beef into long stripes.
