Ingredients:
Zucchini - 1 pc.
Turkey fillet - 300 g
Salt, pepper - to taste
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Garlic - 1 clove
Onions - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Description:
Prepare everything according to the list. The fillet must be rinsed and dried. If you wish, you can take a turkey steak for cutlets.
Cut the fillet into small pieces.
Peel the onions, cut into small cubes.
Put fillet pieces, onion and garlic into a blender bowl. Grind everything at high revs.
Transfer the minced meat to a plate. Then rinse the zucchini, dry and grate on a fine grater. Squeeze out the juice. Put the squash mixture in a bowl with minced meat.
Add the egg, salt and pepper to the ingredients. May be added with your favorite spices. Mix the minced meat thoroughly.
Heat a frying pan, add oil. Lay out the finished minced meat with a spoon.
Fry cutlets on both sides for 4-5 minutes over low heat. Remove excess oil with paper towels.
Serve cutlets to the table with your loved one garnish.
