A turkey cooked in soy sauce is juicy and soft. This salty-tasting ingredient gives it a bright, spicy aroma. To make the dish even richer, spices are added to the sauce - ginger, garlic, pepper, herbs, and to obtain sweet and sour notes - honey and vinegar. The meat is marinated for a long time, but it is fried for only a few minutes. This should be done over high heat so that the turkey quickly browns, but does not become dry.

Ingredients:
Turkey breast - 400 g.
Soy sauce - 50 ml.
Ginger root - 1 cm
Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Liquid honey - 1 tbsp.
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Ground paprika - 0.3 tsp
Dried basil - a pinch
Dried herbs - 0.5 tsp
Garlic - 2 cloves
Hot pepper - optional
How to cook:
Prepare all the foods on the list. Select the boneless portion of the turkey - breast, thigh pulp.
Rinse the meat, blot with a paper towel to get rid of moisture. Cut the pulp into thin strips of approximately the same size. If desired, you can use a different type of cuts, such as cubes or flat chops.
In a bowl, prepare the soy sauce marinade. Add oil, runny honey, vinegar, herbs, and other spices to it. Add salt to taste, considering the salty properties of the soy sauce.
Peel the ginger root and garlic cloves from the top layer, chop with a grater. Send these ingredients to the marinade too.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly, paying particular attention to dissolving the honey. Dip the strips of turkey into the spicy marinade. Stir, wrap the mixture around each slice. Marinate the meat for the next 60 minutes.
Put a frying pan on an overhead fire, grease its surface with oil. Do not use a lot, it is already in the marinade. Place the turkey strips on a hot surface.
Fry over high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally and gradually adding the marinade. You do not need to fry it longer, this will dry out the meat.
Add herbs to the finished dish.
Bon Appetit!
