Excellent festive appetizer of chicken eggs, smoked mackerel and pickles with mayonnaise.
Ingredients:
Mackerel - 1 pc.
egg - 8 pcs.
cucumber - 1 piece.
parsley - 3 sprigs
capers - 2 tablespoons
mayonnaise - 3 tbsp
pepper - to taste
salt - to taste
Preparation:
Boil eggs hard boiled, cooled in cold water to be purified and cut in half.
Carefully take out the yolk halves of trained and finely chop.
Pickled cucumber cut into small cubes.
Smoked mackerel are thoroughly cleaned from the skin, bones, and chop finely.
In the bowl lay out the pieces of prepared mackerel, egg yolks, cucumber, capers (1 tbsp) chopped parsley (reserve 1 sprig for decoration), pepper and mayonnaise.
Mix well flavored filling for eggs and trying to salt.
Finished fish stuffing fill the halves of the eggs and spread on a plate.
Decorate eggs stuffed with capers, parsley (you can sprinkle with more ground red pepper) and serve.
