You only need a minimum of ingredients that can be found in every home. Well, what is breakfast without eggs?!
Count on 1 serving of 2 chicken eggs and 2 slices of any type of bread. Such a dish can be prepared both in a loaf and in pieces of a chopped "brick". The main thing is to cover the pan with a lid, since without using it, the eggs will fry from the bottom, and from above they will remain damp. By the way, you can easily replace them with quail: two or three pieces - how much will fit into the cut out rim of a bread slice.
Breakfast turns out to be similar to an egg sandwich, so trust your imagination and place one piece on top of another, and between them, put slices of cooked sausage, layers of smoked meat, underwire or bacon - what was lying in refrigerator. Do not forget about hot tea or coffee. And yes - do not throw out the cut out crumb, as it is good for them to soak liquid yolk. But remember that if you overexpose the eggs under the lid, the yolks will become dense!
Ingredients:
- Chicken egg - 2 pcs.
- Any type of bread - 2 slices (30 g)
- Salt - 2 pinches
- Ground black pepper - 2 pinches
- Vegetable oil - 1 tsp
Prepare food.
If you are not a slow person, then immediately place the pan on the stove, pouring vegetable oil on it and turning on moderate heat. By the way, you can melt the creamy one too - the bread fried on it will turn out to be more tasty and aromatic!
Immediately place the slices of bread on a board, one by one, and use a knife to cut holes in them, being careful not to rip the top off. Then place both the rims and crumbs in the pan.
Drive chicken eggs into the holes and cover the pan with a lid. Do not salt or pepper - because of the salt, the yolk becomes spotty, not very attractive.
Stop for exactly 2 minutes and wait until the white on top of the yolks is slightly thickened - it becomes transparent white. At this point, remove the lid and salt and pepper the dish. Skip the time - the yolks will become firm, fried.
Place the scrambled eggs in bread on a plate and serve with sauces or meat products.
