Cake with apples and nuts

Ingredients:

50 oz. oatmeal
egg
1 h. l. honey
0.5 hours. l. soda
350 gr. apples
100 gr. raisins
100 gr. walnut kernels

Preparation:

1. Raisins rinse and soak in hot water for 30 minutes. The liquid is then drained and dry raisins on a paper napkin.

2. Apples are washed and cleaned. Then grate the apples on a fine grater. Peeled and chopped apples should have not less than 350 grams.

3. Nuts slightly dry to dry hot pan. Then chop the nuts on a wooden board with a knife or grind in a mortar.
Leave some nuts for decoration.

4. Mix in a bowl with the grated apples with beaten egg and honey. Pour the oat flour, the dried raisins, baking soda and crushed nuts.

6. Baking pan greased with oil and sprinkle with semolina or breadcrumbs.
