When arranging gatherings with family or friends, prepare a light and favorite snack - shrimp for beer. In most supermarkets, seafood from almost the entire world ocean is generously presented and for every budget. Since crayfish or shrimps for beer involve a leisurely meal, with self-cutting, do not remove the shells - break the beer ritual.

Ingredients:

Boiled and frozen shrimps - 500 g

Vegetable oil - 20 ml

Soy sauce - 20 ml

Lemon juice - 30 ml

Garlic - 2 teeth

Chile - 10 g

Greens - 20 g

Step by step recipe:

Step 1 - Take the groceries on the list. Regardless of the size, shrimps are cooked in a matter of minutes - this applies to both boiling in boiling water and baking in the oven, grilling, and frying in a pan. If overexposed, tender meat will turn into tough, overly elastic. Boiled-frozen molluscs have already undergone primary processing - the easiest way to work with them.

Step 2 - We will fry sequentially, dividing by size. First, start with the large ones, then add the small Black Sea shrimps. Do not thaw hard ice from the freezer - just throw it into a hot dry frying pan. The glaze will melt quickly without harming the shrimp - drain the liquid (by the way, all kinds of sauces are prepared on its basis for dressing salads with seafood).

Step 3 - Immediately pour in sunflower, olive or other vegetable oil - fry for a minute, shaking the pan.

Step 4 - Add "small change", mix again to saturate the whole heap with oil - one minute is enough.

Step 5 - The shrimp may be salty enough for your taste - try it. Add salt or soy sauce if necessary, keep on fire for another minute and remove from heat.

Step 6 - By and large, fried shrimp can be served with beer, sprinkled with lemon juice. But for flavoring and better results, add chopped a couple of branches of parsley or other fresh and fragrant herbs, about half a pod of chili (remove very hot seeds if desired), garlic. Replace the lid and let sit for 5 minutes.

Step 7 - Transfer to a convenient bowl and serve homemade shrimp with beer, along with lemon wedges for a delicious snack!
