Who doesn't love the smell of fresh sweet baked goods? Surely there are few such people. It is impossible not to fall in love with buns with cottage cheese on yeast dough, as they are very fragrant, tasty and appetizing in appearance.

They are perfect for tea drinking. It is also convenient to take them with you for a hearty snack to work or study, because they will not get dirty.

Making a successful yeast dough is easy. The secret is simple: you need to add ingredients at room temperature, and the milk is slightly warmer.

For the recipe, take cottage cheese from 5% fat, and an even better option would be homemade.

Ingredients:

For the test:

Wheat flour - 600 gr.

Milk 2.5% - 270 ml

Egg - 1 pc.

Dry yeast - 8 gr.

Butter - 70 gr.

Vegetable oil - 30 ml.

Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.

Salt - 1 tsp l.

For filling:

Curd 9% - 600 gr.

Egg - 1 pc.

Greek yogurt - 3 tbsp l.

Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.

Raisins - 50 gr.

For spreading:

Egg - 1 pc.

Sugar - 1 tsp l.

Preparation:

1. Prepare all the required ingredients according to the list.

2. Let's start with the test. Melt the butter in a water bath or microwave and then cool to room temperature. Pour milk, melted butter and vegetable oil into a bowl from a bread machine, break an egg. You can replace butter with coconut oil, and vegetable oil with olive oil.

3. Be sure to sift the flour through a sieve, add to the rest of the ingredients. Distribute it so that no liquid mixture is visible. Then add sugar, salt and dry (or fresh) yeast. Let me remind you that 1 gram of dry yeast is 3 grams of fresh. Wheat flour can be substituted with oatmeal, rice or coconut flour. Without stirring anything in the bowl, carefully place it in the bread maker and close the lid. Set the program "Dough" and the time is 1 hour 50 minutes. Remember, everyone has a different bread machine, so the times may differ, and so will the programs. Read the instructions carefully before cooking. The dough can also be kneaded by hand. To do this, first you need to put a dough, that is, add sugar, salt and yeast to the heated milk. Leave it on for 15 minutes, then add all the liquid ingredients. Mix well, add flour and knead the dough. Then cover with cling film, a towel and put in a warm place for 45-60 minutes.

4. Now let's get to the stuffing. Break the egg to the curd, add Greek yogurt and sugar.

5. Grind the mass with a hand blender and add the raisins, but before that, be sure to soak them in warm water for 10 minutes.

6. Stir well until smooth. Then remove the dough from the bread maker and knead it a little.

7. Divide the dough into 3 pieces. Roll each of them, grease with the filling and roll into a roll. Next, cut into pieces 3-4 cm wide, place in a baking dish and brush with a beaten egg and sugar. Place the mold in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

8. Ready-made buns with cottage cheese can be served with berry tea, coffee or compote. Place sour cream next to it.

9. You can decorate with chocolate, syrup or jam.
