An inexpensive chicken drumstick is baked quickly, combined with various sauces and side dishes for every taste. To prevent the legs from drying out, season them in advance and marinate in the cold for about an hour, then send them to the oven. It is easy to change the spices and composition of the marinade - from delicate to scalding and rich, each time achieving a new aroma.

Ingredients:

Chicken drumstick - 5 pcs.

Bow -1 pc.

Plums - 3 pcs.

Garlic - 2 teeth

Vegetable oil - 50 ml

Greens - 30 g

Salt, black pepper - to taste

Step by step recipe:

Step 1 - To cook chicken drumsticks in the oven, take the foods listed. I have plums indicated. May be substituted with other seasonal stone fruits or fruits. With them, an unpretentious dish becomes tastier and more original. Baked sweet and sour pieces are in harmony with both meat and garnish.

Step 2 - First of all, remove the tough yellow skin from the joints (if any), as well as the remnants of feathers. Thoroughly wash each chicken drumstick under running cold water. Transferring it to a paper napkin, dry it.

Step 3 - For marinating chicken legs, this recipe includes the most basic spices and additives: salt, ground hot pepper, garlic, a small bunch of parsley and dill plus refined sunflower oil. We pass the garlic cloves through a press or chop them into thin plates, take the young, fragrant greens. First, sprinkle with salt and pepper, mix, then add oil, garlic and herbs - turn over again from top to bottom and, covering each shin with oil, cover. We put in the refrigerator for an hour (main compartment).

Step 4 - Cover the refractory container with a sheet of baking paper, grease with vegetable oil (you can drain after pickling). We peel the greens from the pickled poultry so that it does not burn ahead of time and spoil the result. Lay out the seasoned legs in one layer.

Step 5 - Throw pieces of red or other onions, slices of fleshy Renklode (plum), garlic into free openings. We bake in a pre-heated oven for about 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Watch, if necessary, turn the chicken legs. If you want a charred, golden brown crust, bake under the grill for a few minutes.

Step 6 - Serve tender chicken drumstick with garnish, baked plums and onions.
