I’m visiting you today with another recipe for making a delicious, almost dietary flounder.
✅To prepare the dish, it took:
- flounder 3 small fish - 910 g,
- onion, 1 large onion - 100 g,
- 1 large carrot - 100 g
- sour cream 10% - 50 g,
- tomato paste - 10-15 g,
- olive oil - 5 g,
- salt, black pepper to taste.
Cooking.
Fry the onions and carrots in a drop of olive oil.
I add water a little at a time so that it doesn't burn if I'm not sure about the pan.
We clean the flounder, cut off the fins and tail, rinse and cut into portions.
Mix the sour cream and tomato paste sauce.
When the carrots and onions are fried, put the fish in a saucepan. Salt and pepper to taste.
Fill with sour cream and tomato paste sauce, let it boil.
Boil - turn down the heat and simmer for literally 5-7 minutes.
