Let's prepare a light salad with chicken for lunch or dinner - delicious, dietary and nutritious. It should appeal to everyone who follows their figure and prefers light versions of mayonnaise salads.

It is not at all necessary to adhere strictly to all the ingredients, you can always give free rein to your imagination, so that as a result, add your own bright accent to the dish.

With regards to dressing, you can use not only a combination of oil and lemon juice, yogurt will play well here, only first you need to give it a taste - add a little garlic, salt and pepper.

Try this version of the salad, for some reason I am sure that many will like it.

Ingredients:

Boiled chicken - 180 g

Chicken eggs - 1-2 pcs.

Fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs.

Tomatoes - 1 pc.

Hard cheese - 80 g

Dill - 5 branches

Salt, pepper - to taste

Lean oil - 1 tablespoon

Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Description of the cooking process:

1. Prepare all of the above ingredients according to the list.

2. Wash and dry fresh cucumbers, trim the tails on both sides. If you buy them on the market, be sure to check for bitterness so as not to spoil the result in the end. Cut delicious sweet cucumbers into small cubes.

3. Choose a delicious tomato, pink varieties are perfect, they always have a sweet note and a pleasant velvety structure. Wash and dry, cut out the place of growth of the stalk. Cut into medium cubes and add to salad. You can also take any greens, it is not necessary to stop your choice on dill, it's great here parsley, basil or even cilantro will do, if you like these specific herbal flavors. Chop the dill and place in a salad bowl.

4. Boil chicken eggs in salted water for no more than 10 minutes. Peel, cut into cubes and toss in salad.

5. Boil the chicken in advance. The part of the carcass does not matter, if the meat was on the bone, it must be separated. Cut into small pieces and transfer to a salad bowl.

6. Grate cheese on a fine grater and pour into a dish.

7. Season the salad with salt, pepper, lemon juice and vegetable oil, stir and serve.
