Each of us has our own taste preferences. Someone loves sweets and it is very difficult for him to resist and not eat candy or chocolate.

Someone loves smoked and lightly salted fish, and someone loves pies.

But what to do - after all, on a diet they say you can't eat salty, smoked, sweet, starchy foods, and you can go on and on with this list, which will eventually include almost all products. After all, how many different diets - so many different "no".

The idea that on a diet you need to give up your favorite foods - suppresses any attempts to start to fight overweight.

And those who still took the first step - often breaks down. Breakdowns are a problem for many people who want to lose weight.

The many prohibitions that slimming people set themselves lead to breakdowns.

We constantly hear: "if you want to lose weight, close your mouth, don't eat this, don't eat that."

The stereotypes of nutrition for weight loss are so deeply embedded in us that we cannot get rid of them in any way.

For some reason, for most slimming people, losing weight is all sorts of restrictions, hunger and a manifestation of remarkable willpower.

But you can do it differently!

Excess weight is, in most cases, a banal overeating. We give our body more energy with food than we spend. Here the body stores the surplus in reserve.

You don't have to give up your favorite foods (whether it's sweet, or starchy, or salty) in order to lose weight. You just need to take control of your nutrition and, without denying yourself your favorite foods, sweets, showing moderation, comfortably and tasty slimming.

Elementary counting of calories and BJU (beki, fats and carbohydrates) helped me to take control of nutrition.

How does it work?

Having figured out our calorie intake and establishing a small deficit (if there is a desire to lose weight), we eat everything that we love in moderation and not exceeding our calorie intake.

Love fish sandwiches for breakfast, not porridge on the water - eat sandwiches and you will lose weight.

Love sweet pies - bake sweet pies (there are a lot of low-calorie baking recipes on the Internet now) and eat pies.

You can't live a day without candy - eat candy every day, but without getting carried away, as part of your calorie intake

The basic rule is to keep within your calorie intake.

But also for our health and quality of the body, it is important to monitor nutritional balance, for BJU. A balanced diet is not only a diet rich in essential vitamins and nutrients, but also satiety throughout the day.

Try to control your diet, eat your favorite foods in moderation, and you will succeed. After all, it worked for me and for many of my readers.

Thus, love for sweets (as well as salty, baked, etc.) should be combined with harmony. easy - we control the calorie content of food and dietary supplements and do not deny ourselves a small number of loved ones products.

Today I have Nastya's recipe for bread and onions for breakfast (look for the recipe in the comments to my sourdough bread recipe).

75 g bread, 15 g butter and 60 g cheese with green tea - 510 kcal

Thank you, Anastasia, for the recipe - bread is like fluff, delicious and very simple and quick to prepare. One "but" - fast carbohydrates and it is difficult to stop.

Let me remind you today the recipe for a five-minute chocolate cake and herring under a fur coat in a glass:

We still have a salad "sea", also according to the recipe of the reader (I settled down well, huh?). The salad is a protein bomb and very tasty, worthy of a festive table.

Ate for a snack 200 g of salad seasoned with 30 g of sour cream - 310 kcal.

The snack turned out to be quite high-calorie, but I knew that for lunch I would have a light chicken broth with noodles.

So, lunch - 350 g of chicken broth, 70 g of boiled noodles and 40 g of bread - 355 kcal.

And for dinner, herring under a fur coat (330 g), seasoned with a sauce based on sour cream, mustard and soy sauce (the recipe video resembled above) and 40 g of homemade bread with sourdough. Dinner - 395 kcal.

And so that zezhniki, ppshniks and their sympathizers did not say that there are few vegetables in the diet, I ate 200 g of cucumbers in the evening - 30 kcal.

But in fact, I ate cucumbers just to crunch and kill my appetite (I baked waffles for tea in the evening and my portion, which I left for myself in the morning, beckoned me).

The result of the day is 1600 kcal. B - 105, F - 70, U - 137.

I wrote about zozhnikov and few vegetables and remembered: someone wrote to me that the Institute of Nutrition (or a similar competent office - sorry, I don’t remember accuracy, all comments bearing a "high semantic load") are categorically against vegetables in the evening, and here I am "the smartest" and I also advise people to vegetables in the evening there is. Oh how.

Against the background of all this, I want to say what I have already repeated more than once - listen to your body, learn to understand it - it tells us what is good for us and what is not.
