One of the savory and quick options for a quick snack or snack is Korean-style pita with carrots. Cooking is as easy as shelling pears, added carrots / any vegetables / meat or fish delicacies, rolled up and done. The roll can be made both hot - fried in a grill pan, or served directly to the table, cold.
This appetizer is good for festive feasts, because the roll is easy to cut in portions. Also, lavash can be served simply with a cup of tea or a plate of broth.
Korean carrots are best done by yourself. Among other things, today we use cheese; in further variations of this appetizer, you can take smoked breast, boiled chicken, meat products, sausages, etc.
Ingredients:
- Lavash - 1 pc.
- Korean carrots - 100 g
- Hard cheese - 70 g
- Fresh cucumbers - 1 pc.
- Yogurt - 1 tablespoon
- Herbs, spices - to taste
- Salt pepper
Prepare products according to the list. If you wish, you can replace something, yogurt with mayonnaise, eg.
Spread a sheet of thin Armenian lavash on the work surface. Brush it with yogurt. Sprinkle with herbs and spices. Provencal or Italian herbs work well.
Spread the Korean carrots on top of the pita bread. Try it beforehand in order to orient yourself by taste when adding spices.
Rinse the fresh cucumber and dry. Cut off the ends on both sides. Cut the cucumber into strips. Place the slices on top of the carrots.
Grate the hard cheese on a medium grater, put the shavings in the next layer. That, in fact, is all, the appetizer is almost ready.
Roll up pita bread with a roll.
Preheat the grill pan. Lay pita bread and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Serve the finished roll, not forgetting about a cup of fragrant drink.
