Today I will tell my readers about a very interesting recipe for making onions in dough called "Onion Fantasy". This beautiful, tasty and unusual dessert loved by my whole family. I think this is a great idea to pamper yourself and your family during a long weekend. In addition, the dish is prepared very quickly, everything takes about 30 minutes.

1. We take one large onion cut off the top, level it slightly at the root and clean. We make cuts not to the end of the onion, first we divide into 4 parts, then we divide each into two more, it turns out only 12 cuts, do not touch the middle. 2. Cooking dry mix - mix flour (0.5 cups), baking powder (1 teaspoon) paprika (1 teaspoon) turmeric (

3. Pour the remaining mixture from the bag into a bowl, add milk (1/3 cup), protein from one egg, vegetable oil (1 tablespoon). Knead the dough as for pancakes, not liquid, if necessary, add more flour. Spread the dough onto the onion with your hands. Put parchment on a baking sheet, place the onion and put it in a preheated up to 220 degrees oven. Bake until browned. 5 minutes before readiness, grease again with vegetable oil.
