I have a terrible sweet tooth)) I am constantly looking for new sweets🥰. Those who are on the right diet will like my version of Nutella)). You can use hazelnuts instead of peanuts. #photo lesson9 #dessert
Ingredients: Peanuts, Cocoa, Coconut Urbech (or soft butter in the same amount, if you are positive about it), Date Caramel:, Dates with a stone, Milk (I have lactose-free)
Cooking method:
Separate the dates from the pits and pour boiling water for 30 minutes. Rinse the peanuts, fry in a dry frying pan, let cool, rub them with your hands to remove the husk. After grinding in a blender to a pasty state (or fine crumbs) or close to it (in pulses for a minute or two, so as not to overheat the blender), add urbech and cocoa, blend again.
We transfer the completely peeled dates to the chopper and add milk, and bring to a homogeneous state. We shift the date mixture into a saucepan with a thick bottom and, stirring constantly, boil for 4-5 minutes over very low heat. The caramel will darken and thicken a bit during this time. Take the saucepan off the stove. Combine pasta with caramel.
When using butter in the recipe, the shelf life of A la Nutella is 5 days in the refrigerator. Bon appetit ❤️.
