You can take any liver, I prefer chicken. It must be washed, cleaned of all excess. Mushrooms are also suitable for any, I have frozen.

Lightly bread the liver in flour, this can be done, for example, in a bag so that the flour does not scatter around the kitchen.

We put the liver in a pan with heated vegetable oil, at this stage there is no goal to bring it to readiness, you just need to seal all the juices in it. Transfer the browned liver to a separate bowl for now - inside it is not ready yet!

And in the same pan we spread the onion, cut into quarter rings or a cube, fry for a couple of minutes.

Now we send the mushrooms to the onion, cut it the way you like, I left the small ones whole, the mushrooms are cut into slices.

When the excess moisture from the mushrooms evaporates, fry them for a minute and add butter, then add sour cream, mix well, if desired, you can make the sauce more liquid by adding a little water. We season to taste.

We return the liver pieces to this sauce. Simmer everything together until fully cooked. This will take 5-7 minutes. Serve with any side dish, to your taste, decorate with greens when serving)) Bon appetit🤗🤗🤗
