Recently, Asian cuisine has gained incredible popularity around the world. Dishes are prepared simply and quickly, while all the nutrients are preserved as much as possible. Funchoza, aka glass noodles, is part of so many recipes. It is added to appetizers, salads, first and second courses, and almost always all this is filled with a classic composition. The funchose dressing is prepared in the same way - simply and quickly, it will definitely come in handy if you are as much a lover of Asian and Oriental cuisine as we are.
Ingredients:
- Water - 50 ml
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- White wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Chili pepper - 1 pc.
- Curry - 0.5 tsp
- Ground coriander - 0.5 tsp
- Ground ginger - 0.5 tsp
- Ch.m. pepper - taste
- Salt to taste
- Sugar (optional) - 1 tsp
- Garlic - 1 clove
Prepare all the necessary foods according to the list for making funchose dressing.
Pour water, soy sauce, and vinegar into a saucepan or small skillet. Put on a low heat, let the liquid evaporate a little.
Add chopped garlic and chili peppers. I also add sugar, I really like its taste in the dressing. Cook the sauce over low heat for another minute.
Add all the spices and seasonings. Taste, add salt and black pepper if necessary.
Pour in the sesame oil. If this is not available, try adding any other, for example: hemp, pumpkin or nut - it also turns out delicious with them. Olive is the least suitable, I think.
Be sure to try the dressing to taste, if there is not enough acid, salt and sugar, at this stage everything can be adjusted for yourself. Keep the sauce on the fire for another minute, turn off the stove, leave to cool in the pan. By the end of cooking, it should have shrunk and thicker.
