Today I want to bring to your attention a very simple and quick-to-prepare Asian dish - glass funchose noodles with meat and vegetables. We will cook it with pork, so it will turn out to be quite satisfying and high in calories.
Ingredients:
- Pork - 300 g
- Funchoza - 200 g
- Lean oil (if necessary) - 1 tbsp.
- Bulb onion - 1 pc.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Pumpkin - 100 g
- Zucchini - 100 g
- Bulgarian pepper - 100 g
- Fresh herbs - a few twigs
- Salt to taste
Prepare all the necessary foods from the list. Peel the onions and carrots, wash them under running water along with meat and other vegetables. Pat dry with paper towels.
First, cook the noodles according to the instructions. Most often, it is poured with boiling water and left for 4-6 minutes. It is very rare to find packages where funchose needs to be boiled or poured with cold water. In any case, always read the instructions.
Slice the pork as thin as you can. So it will be ready in a matter of minutes. If the meat is fat, then oil may not be needed. Fry the slices briefly in a hot skillet.
When the meat acquires a golden crust, add onions cut into half rings and carrots, chopped into thin strips. Simmer over medium heat for a minute or two, until soft.
Peel the bell pepper from seeds and stalks. Chop it and pumpkin with the same thin strips, add to the pan. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
Place the sliced zucchini last. Keep the dish on medium heat for about 2 more minutes.
Throw funchoza in a colander, let the water drain completely. Transfer it to the pan with the meat and vegetables. Drizzle over the ingredients prepared earlier. dressing, mix everything well. Warm up for a couple of minutes, try on salt.
Divide the finished dish into portions, sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs and serve. Simple, fast and delicious.
