Ingredients: meat, preferably game saddle (or back of veal or pork), salt, pepper, chili (chili pepper; Cayenne pepper; hot red pepper), cinnamon, ginger, fresh, finely chopped (if it is impossible to cut - grate), soy sauce, eggs, starch, sesame oil, sunflower oil, onions cut into thin half rings, white wine, peach, finely chopped wild garlic

Cooking method:

Cut the meat into small pieces. Soy sauce, eggs, starch and seasonings (spices) mix and lay out the meat. Cover and refrigerate for 5 hours.

Heat up the oil and under continuous! stir-fry until crispy. Lay out and keep warm.

In the remaining oil, simmer the onion, bringing it to a glassy state. Pour in white wine and simmer briefly. Free the peaches from the pits, cut into strips, add to the onion, mix and simmer for a short time (simmer).

And lay out the fried meat.

Add wild garlic.

Mix.

Check for salt, pepper, maybe add chili and soy sauce. Stir, cover and let it soak.

Cooking - 30 minutes. Standing - 5 hours. My comments - I made calf meat, took 500 gr, respectively, took only 1 egg and that was enough. Starch is also 2 tbsp. it was enough. Instead of chili - cayenne pepper. But the wine "Sauvignon" did not regret: The title photo is straight from the table, so do not judge strictly. Ate with Banitsa, it was necessary to try a new form and another way.
