Cooking a gorgeous azu with beef and pickles - a very tasty dish that turns out to be so perfect that it is impossible to tear yourself away from an extra portion. For cooking, you can use different spices to your liking.

It is definitely worth noting the fact that the dish is incredible, it is so satisfying, aromatic, at the same time tender that, having cooked once, in the future it will often appear on your table. You can serve the basics with herbs, pickles or fresh vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • Beef - 300 g
  • Potatoes - 400 g
  • Pickled cucumbers - 3 pcs.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Bulb onion - 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil - 50 ml
  • Salt, pepper - to taste
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Tomato paste - 3 tablespoons
  • Water - 700 ml
  • Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
  • Wheat flour - 4 tablespoons

Prepare food. Salted cucumbers use delicious, crunchy.

Rinse and dry the beef. Cut the meat into oblong strips along the grain.

Transfer the beef to a plastic bag, add wheat flour. Shake several times so that each piece of meat is enveloped in breading. Fry the beef over high heat for a few minutes, until golden brown.

Cut carrots into strips, onions into half rings. After that, you need to fry the vegetables in a separate pan.

Peel the potatoes, cut into large bars, put them in a cauldron.

Transfer the fried vegetables and beef to the potatoes.

Cut pickled cucumbers into strips. Then transfer them to a cauldron. Add salt and pepper to all ingredients. Add spices and bay leaves.

Mix the tomato paste and hot water separately. Pour the tomato into the cauldron. Simmer all ingredients until tender - 50 minutes.

If you wish, you can put the cauldron in the oven, simmer the dish for 1.5 hours.

At the end of cooking, add chopped garlic to the basics.

Serve the dish while hot.
