Today we are preparing a simple, quick and delicious pie with sausages and cheese that many will like. The recipe is pretty easy, even a child can handle cooking.

We choose tasty and high-quality sausages, you can use smoked ones, so the taste of the pie will be more intense. Choose any hard cheese, it will give baked goods a light creamy shade and a pleasant aftertaste. We will make the dough based on eggs, kefir, mayonnaise and flour - easily and quickly.

You can simply serve the pie to the table for tea. Of course, it will perfectly replace bread for first courses - broths and soups.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
  • Kefir - 1 glass
  • Wheat flour - 7 tbsp.
  • Baking dough - 1 tsp
  • Salt, pepper - to taste
  • Sausages - 150 g
  • Cheese - 60 g
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
  • Paprika - 1 tsp

Prepare foods according to the list. Turn on the oven immediately, set the temperature to 180 degrees.

Drive a couple of chicken eggs into a deep container. Throw in a pinch of salt.

Add mayonnaise to the eggs, pour in kefir (the percentage of fat can be any).

Pour flour, baking powder and sweet ground paprika into the container.

Mix all the ingredients with a whisk or mixer.

Grease a dish for the oven, pour out the prepared dough. Cut the sausages into rings. Then "drown" them in the dough.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater, then sprinkle the cake with it. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

That's all. Serve the cake to the table, not forgetting about drinks or your favorite vegetables.
