We have stocked up the two most important ingredients in advance, but what to add from vegetables - you will look at your fridge and freezer. Surely many have frozen mushrooms with bell peppers, green peas with corn, and many other delicacies that all housewives prepare for future use in the summer.
Ingredients:
- Buckwheat - 200 g
- Bulb onion - 1 pc.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Tomato - 1 pc.
- Garlic - a couple of cloves
- Bulgarian pepper - 0.5 pcs.
- Zucchini - 0.5 pcs.
- Stew - 500 g
- Parsley - a few twigs
- Lean oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - optional
- Pepper - optional
Prepare all the necessary foods from the list. Peel the onions, garlic and carrots, wash under running water along with the rest of the vegetables. Stew is better to take beef, chicken, rabbit, etc. - they seem to be healthier than pork.
The first step is to thoroughly rinse the cereal, removing all impurities. Then pour it in a ratio of 1 to 2 and boil over low heat until cooked in slightly salted water, this is from 15 minutes.
The water should boil off completely, and the cereals should swell well. Loosen the finished buckwheat with a fork, leave for now under the lid in a cauldron.
Heat some lean refined oil in a frying pan, fry chopped onions and carrots in it until soft.
Add peeled, finely chopped bell peppers and chopped zucchini, fry for a couple of minutes.
Cut the tomato into small cubes or grate, add to the pan. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Cut the stew into pieces, transfer to the pan, preferably without fat. Simmer everything together for another 5 minutes.
Now put the buckwheat in the pan, stir. Simmer for another couple of minutes.
After a while, taste the dish. There are usually enough spices in the stew, so I don’t pepper, but adjust the salt at your discretion.
Place the crushed garlic clove and chopped fresh parsley last. Stir and hold for about a minute.
Turn off the stove, leave buckwheat with stewed meat and vegetables under the lid for 10 minutes.
That's all. Divide the finished dish into portions and serve. I never thought it could be so delicious.
