It is strange to see in a man losing weight plates with pancakes, cheesecakes, various pastries, pizza, shawarma and other snacks, right?

I also used to think that to lose weight is possible only on a strict diet, starving and feeling your body. And of course, all my attempts to lose weight without success. Rather, I lost weight, but then frustrated, and eats more than it was.

So would have continued to this day, if one day I have not clicked something in my head and I decided to take myself, my health and lose weight once and for all. Having studied a lot of information on weight loss topic - I found important.

You need to spend more calories than you consume. This is the only way to lose weight.

Counting calories eaten, adhering to the deficit, going on about the right food - I was able to achieve good results and continue to go to his purpose.

I turn to its menu.

For breakfast - delicious and tender apple-cheese fritters - a portion of 200 g - 305 kcal. Well, no green tea anywhere I like and no vitamins at breakfast.

During operation - 30 g Darnytsa snack bread (there was no other, and really like the mushroom pate) and the same mushroom pate (70 g) which was cooked yesterday and now I'm crazy about him.

The result undershot on 115 kcal. And again with green tea in cold weather drink more tea instead of water.

But the water I drink, and to better pilos - warm, not yet cooled down after boiling. Such small self-deception, to keep warm and water to drink, otherwise He does not want to water when it is cold.

And the whole day measured out myself peanut 25 g - 140 kcal.

For lunch I had today again pea soup (450 g) and amaranth bread with mushroom pâté (60g).

I get dinner only on 255 kcal.

Heating will give us only on September 28, but I and the house has a cold. And in this regard, I want to constantly eat. I eat all day today, save me only low-calorie that ate. It may, of course, and not only because the weather affect me.

That afternoon snack was another amaranth loaf with mushroom pate (60 g) - 75 kcal.

Already noticed how many loaves per day? Someone might say that's a lot) And in fact, looking ahead to say that I did not even get carbohydrates.

Thursday - fish day. So I decided to cook a fish dinner - braised pollack.

A serving of 220 g stew pollock two rye bread and dinner - 250 kcal.

Total for the day turned 1140 kcal.

Of exercise today and walk 30 minutes of exercise with dumbbells, sit-ups and exercises to strengthen leg muscles.
