There are incredible things! Sometimes you don't even know that you can cook something from ordinary products unusual ... Until someone experiments!!!

Last year, they taught me how to make a very tasty dessert from honey - it turns out that you just need to beat it with an immersion blender. And, it turns out a very tasty honey cream soufflé!

And yesterday, I saw in one of the videos on YouTube how a real dessert is made from simple instant coffee... And, after all, you do not need to add any other ingredients, except for water, sugar and instant coffee! And, cooking time will take a maximum of 5 minutes.

Cooking ingredients:

I'll write a calculation for 1 serving, but I did a triple serving, it turns out too much.

Instant coffee - 1 tsp l.
Sugar - 1.5 tbsp. l.
Water (room temperature) - 2 tbsp. l.

Here, in principle, are all the ingredients that are required for cooking... And, you also need a mixer.

We take a deep bowl, pour sugar into it, instant coffee (any that you prefer to consume), pour in water.

Now we arm ourselves with a mixer, and begin to beat it all, first at low speeds, and gradually increasing them. And, after 3-4 minutes, you will see how ordinary coffee grounds turn into an unusual coffee cream! Incredible!

And, you ask "What to do with such a cream"? Yes, in fact, it's not very tasty to eat it just like that (for me) - it's too coffee and sweet, but here it's a matter of taste. But if you mix it with chopped cookies - This is already delicious! Alternatively, you can make a Latte coffee. Try it, cook it, Bon appetit!
