Baked mackerel. Cooking in the oven. There is no unpleasant smell during cooking! On the contrary, when baked, the aroma is like that of baked over a fire. And very, very tasty! And the cooking method is the simplest! This is one of my favorite baked mackerel recipes.
In the video below, look at this recipe at 05:02. There are also 4 recipes for mackerel - pickled, lightly salted, steamed mackerel and a delicious mackerel marinade. Look - you will like it))
First, my fish, I cut off the head and remove the insides along with the dark films. I usually cook at least three at a time. We love this cold fish very much - it tastes like hot smoked mackerel.
Now I'm going to make the sauce. I mix sour cream, mustard and soy sauce.
Now I put pieces of fish in the sauce. I roll them in sauce on all sides and leave them for at least half an hour to marinate. You can cook right away. But it tastes better when it stands a little
I cook in small round forms (festive version), but you can bake in any shape or even just put on a baking sheet, pre-oiled.
I cut the onion and tomatoes into slices.
I spread the pieces of fish, alternating with vegetables. I put a ponytail in the middle.
You can simply put onions on the bottom of the mold, and on top - pieces of mackerel.
I put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. The fish will brown well. It should be so))
The fish is very juicy and incredibly tasty! And vegetables too))
