On my channel, I share not only my experience of losing weight, a menu for the day, but also recipes for dishes that are included in my diet.

Thanks to the elementary counting of calories and the balance of BJU, it was possible to lose weight not only to me, but to a huge number of readers of my channel.

Not so long ago I prepared a light Peking cabbage salad and I liked it so much that I decided to share the recipe with you.

Let's cook!

Peking cabbage must be cut into thin strips. In my opinion, it is better to take Peking cabbage for this salad and not replace it with white cabbage.

Cut the red onion in half and cut into half rings.

We do not use the usual onion, only red - it is sweeter, just for salads.

Ham, I used chicken (you can from turkey), cut into small cubes.

Cut the pickled cucumber into small cubes.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Let's go to the gas station.

You can use 10% sour cream, but soft cottage cheese is better - the fat content is less, and its consistency is denser than sour cream and the salad will not "flow" if it stands for some time.

Salt and pepper the soft cottage cheese. And the most important ingredient in the dressing is a pinch of smoked paprika.

Mix the spices well in the dressing and season the salad.

  • Chinese cabbage - 150 g,
  • red onion - small onion - 60 g,
  • chicken ham - 105 g,
  • pickled cucumber - 60 g,
  • soft cottage cheese - 100 g,
  • salt, black pepper, smoked paprika.

KBZHU per 100 g of ready-made salad with dressing: K - 66.5, B - 10.6, F - 1.5, U - 2.7.
