Good day and delicious weight loss!

Before telling and showing my TOP lunches, I want to share brief information about losing weight on a calorie deficit so that there are no questions about how you can eat and lose weight худ:

1️⃣The first place, of course, will be soups. For us, who are losing weight, soups are a great option to unload the diet. After all, soup is almost always low in calories, and when we eat a huge bowl of soup (containing only about 200 kcal), a signal of satiety is sent to the stomach.

  • chicken cutlets with cottage cheese,

  • chicken breast baked with pineapple,

4️⃣Various pies and not only on the dough:

  • meat pie in pita bread,
  • jellied pie with green onions, spinach and eggs,
  • jellied pie with cabbage and mushrooms,
  • chicken pie with cabbage and mushrooms.

5️⃣Good for a spaghetti dinner with a variety of sauces.

You can cook delicious tomato sauce, which is suitable not only for spaghetti.

Gorgeous spaghetti comes with a creamy sauce and is very easy to prepare. Can be cooked with mushrooms or with a little chicken breast or even ham.

Fry mushrooms, ham or breast with onions, pepper and salt, add garlic, pour a small amount of 10% cream and simmer a little. You can add a little basil, spinach. Then combine with spaghetti and sprinkle with cheese. Delicious, satisfying, simple and fast.

It is important to choose durum wheat spaghetti.
