I want to tell you about a wonderful version of the marinade, in which I marinate the chicken. It turns out a tender, juicy chicken with a spicy taste and aroma.
You will need the following ingredients:
- chicken - any parts of your choice (I have a chicken thigh fillet) - 960 g,
- soy sauce - 40 g,
- oyster sauce - 10 g (if available),
- 1 teaspoon with a slide of dry garlic, black pepper, suneli hops. salt.
- mustard (I have Bavarian) - 10 g.
Cooking.
We mix all the ingredients for the marinade: soy and oyster sauces, mustard, coriander, dry garlic, black pepper, salt.
Pour marinade over the chicken and rub it well into each bite.
Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours.
You can marinate at night or in the morning, and by the time you need it, get well-marinated poultry meat.
Put the pieces on a baking sheet. I covered it with a silicone mat with rims so that the juice does not flow out onto the baking sheet and does not burn on it.
We send it to an oven preheated to 190-200 degrees for 30 minutes.
