Now I will show you one of the options for making healthy homemade cakes. Banana cottage cheese casserole can be made from cottage cheese with any percentage of fat, depending on your preferences. Banana will give it a special pleasant flavor.
If you wish, you can play here a little with spices. For example, add a pinch of cinnamon or lemon zest. In the second case, you get a light unobtrusive citrus note.
You can serve delicious casserole with different types of jams. The easiest serving option is with yogurt or sour cream.
Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
- Bananas - 1 pc.
- Wheat flour - 2 tbsp.
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - pinch
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Prepare products according to the list. Preheat the oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees.
If the cottage cheese is large grains, rub through a sieve, so the casserole will come out airy. Transfer it to a deep bowl. Add the egg immediately.
Pour granulated sugar into a container. Cottage cheese "loves" salt, so be sure to add it too - a pinch.
Then pour flour into a bowl. If desired, replace wheat with rice or corn.
Peel banana, mash with a fork. Add banana gruel to the curd.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Lightly grease the mold. Put all the curd blank inside.
Transfer to oven, cook for 25 minutes.
After a while, serve the finished cottage cheese casserole.
