I cook curd casserole for my children like in kindergarten

Who among us doesn't like cottage cheese casserole? Everyone has known her taste since childhood. It was given to us in kindergarten, and parents prepared it at home. Therefore, when eating this casserole, only warm emotions and memories arise. Yes, now we are preparing it for our children. Not very much, of course, children like to eat pure cottage cheese. But as a casserole, and even with raisins, they eat it with pleasure.

Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese - 500 gr.
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Sugar - 100 gr.
  • Semolina - 3 tbsp. l.
  • Raisins - 100 gr.
  • Soda - a pinch
  • Vanillin - a pinch
  • Vegetable oil for lubricating the mold

Prepare all the ingredients you need. Rinse the raisins in hot water and dry. Remove existing ponytails.

Combine curd and eggs in a bowl for making curd dough. If the curd is very grainy, then rub it through a sieve. After this procedure, it will become tender and will not be strongly felt in the finished dish.

Then add the required amount of sugar to the bowl. Mix the whole mass well until smooth. You can use a hand blender for this.

Pour semolina into the dough. Stir.

Add washed and dried raisins. Stir it into the dough.

Prepare a suitable sized baking dish. Lubricate it with vegetable oil and put all the curd dough in it.

Place the dish in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

The finished casserole is slightly golden in color. Take it out of the oven and let it cool slightly for the first heat to come out.

Use a spatula to place a piece of the hot casserole on a plate and help yourself!

You can add sour cream to the dish, jam or condensed milk.
