Salad "Birch" with chicken and prunes

This version of the recipe is especially good: nice, tender and very delicious. It is the place for it - this is the holiday table!

Ingredients:

0.5 kg of chicken
200 ml mayonnaise
salt
pepper
300 gr. fungi (mushrooms)
2 medium fresh cucumber
200 gr. pitted prunes
4 eggs
onion
parsley
1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
olives for decoration

Preparation:

1. Eggs boiled hard-boiled, cool and clean.

2. Prunes soak in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Chicken fillet boil or bake in the oven.

3. Onions, peel and cut into cubes. Champignons chop plates.

4. Sauté onions and mushrooms in vegetable oil until tender. But no more than 10 minutes. Add salt and season with pepper.

5. On a flat plate decomposed layer mushroom frying, grease fine mesh mayonnaise.

6. Chicken fillet cut into cubes and put it on the mushrooms. Flatten, spread with mayonnaise. Do not get involved in mayonnaise sauce, even if it is homemade.

7. Steamed prunes dry on a towel, then chop sticks.

8. Fresh washed cucumbers chop into cubes. Share on first prune salad, followed by cucumbers. Layers of grease with mayonnaise.

9. Boiled eggs are divided into whites and yolks. Rub them in separate plates on a grater.

10. Coat proteins salad first, mayonnaise, more crumbs from the yolk.

11. Mayonnaise draw birch, put green crown, black olives - stripes on the trunk.

Salad put into the refrigerator for 1 hour soak.
