Oven baked pork in a whole piece is one of the simple recipes for cooking delicious, juicy meat that any man, who is also a novice cook, can handle. Thus, pork is cooked in its own juice and only with the addition of salt and pepper, which allows it to preserve its natural natural taste.

Ingredients:

Pork neck - 1 kg

Salt to taste

Ch.m. pepper - taste

Garlic - 2 cloves

Preparation:

1. I want to say right away that the neck part, in which there are many thin greasy layers, is ideal for baking a piece of pork in a sleeve. The best result can be obtained from it. I tried to bake both the shoulder blade and the back, but they come out a little dry, and the neck is the most delicious.

2. So, wash the meat under running water, be sure to dry it dry.

3. Salt and pepper on all sides, leave to marinate for a while.

4. Now we tie the pork neck in three places with thick white thread or culinary twine. This must be done so that during baking all the juices remain inside the meat, and in the finished form it remains juicy and soft.

5. After that we have to give the pork a golden crust and "seal" all the juices. To do this, put it on a very preheated dry frying pan and fry it on all sides, not forgetting about the end parts.

6. Peel the garlic and cut it into thin slices. Tie the sleeve on one side, put a slightly fried piece of pork neck into it, sprinkle with garlic slices, tie on the other side. Put in a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, place the pork in it and bake in the top and bottom heating mode for 1 hour 20 minutes.

7. If a piece of meat is not too thick, during this time it will definitely cook and juice with fat will come out of it, which is ideal as a gravy for a side dish.

8. Oven baked pork in one piece is ready.

9. It seems to me that such meat will be most delicious when served with mashed potatoes, although with pasta, buckwheat or rice it also turns out incredibly tasty. Cut the pork into chunks and place with the mashed potatoes on bowls or on a large platter. Serve hot.
