Chicken in a creamy sauce in a pan is delicious, quick and easy. The combination of cream, garlic and dietary chicken meat is to the liking of many, it turns out the dish is quite tender and beautiful.

For cooking, you can use not only poultry fillets, as in our version, but also any other parts of the chicken - thighs, drumsticks, wings, etc. Take cream of any percentage of fat.

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet - 300 g

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Garlic - 1 clove

Cream 15% - 1 glass

Salt, pepper - to taste

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Butter - 30 g

Paprika - 0.3 tsp

Cooking process:

1. Prepare all the necessary foods according to the list. Be sure to choose fresh chicken fillet, not frozen.

2. Rinse the chicken fillet under cool water and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika. You can also use other spices.

3. Peel the onions, rinse and dry. Cut it into half rings or cubes - whichever you prefer. Prepare a clove of garlic - peel and finely chop.

4. Heat a spoonful of vegetable and butter in a frying pan, transfer the chicken, garlic and onion. Fry for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally so that nothing burns.

5. Pour in a glass of cream.

6. Then season the sauce with paprika, salt and pepper. Cover the container with a lid and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

7. After a while, put the chicken with the sauce on the plates.

You can serve chicken fillet in a creamy garlic sauce with any side dish, it will be especially tasty with rice or mashed potatoes, porridge or spaghetti.
