Three vegetables, an animal and a fruit - started to play a quintet. Everyone has long known that biologists attributed the tomato to the family of fruits, and mushrooms were generally recognized as representatives of the animal world. Thus was born the above fable-style pun. And the moral of this fable is this: no matter how you sit down, no matter how you name yourself, but with one tasty dish you are completely and suitable for everyone)

Ingredients: potatoes, tomatoes, champignons, garlic, red onion, finely chopped dill and parsley, ghee, Salt

Cooking method:

Separately, cut not very finely from each other: peeled potatoes, tomatoes directly with skins, mushrooms, garlic and onions - thin half rings.

Heat the ghee in a frying pan well, put the potatoes first. Even, as far as possible, a layer. Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes, then turn over. After another 5 minutes, add the onion, mix and fry together until the onion is golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Then add garlic and mushrooms, stirring, give another 5 minutes. After adding tomatoes and herbs, mix, add 2-3 tbsp. spoons of hot water, mix again, cover with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes on the smallest fire.

Remove from heat, season with salt and serve. For a taste contrast, you can shade the dish with something neutral, fresh cucumber, green peas or canned corn are ideal for this.
