Now I turn to the menu. Yet 80% of success in weight loss is the food. A sports - affects the quality of our body.
My breakfast Tuesday consisted of sandwiches with whole wheat bread (60 g), clotted cream - soft cheese (15 g) and pastrami chicken (100 g).
Chocolate 75% (15 g) to green tea. Plus Vitaminka capsule of omega-3 during breakfast.
Just happened to breakfast 365 kcal.
Snack mine was apple (120 g) and kiwi (165 g) - 130 kcal.
A lunch chicken soup with noodles and durum wheat chicken breast - a plate of about 450 g and whole wheat bread (30 g).
Lunch came to 360 kcal.
Because of work after lunch I was not devote time to domestic affairs.
For dinner I vegetable salad (tomato, cucumber, pepper, herbs, filled straw balsamic) and chicken cake (150 g).
Dinner came to 370 kcal.
Total for the day turned 1225 kcal.
Water rate is drunk.
