Squid - 500g
Garlic 2-3 cloves
lemon juice - 3 tablespoons
Olive oil (or sunflower oil) - 3 tablespoons

Greens
Squid and purify omitted in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Cook for no longer than is necessary, otherwise the squid turned into tasteless rubber.
Let cool and cut squid rings or strips.
Prepare filling. Mix the lemon juice, oil, salt, pepper and minced garlic. Stirred well, you can even shake vigorously in a closed jar for the oil and juice united.
