✅👌Someone will say "Well, what can be tasty" out of nothing ""? But you haven't tried this cake yet.

Today I want to share with you a recipe for a delicious cake for the preparation of which you will always find the right products in the fridge.

I bake a huge cake for tea from almost nothing: no milk, no kefir, no butter, no eggs - and very tasty

✨It really is made from a minimal set of products. All you need is a liter of juice (or even just sweet tea), sugar, vegetable oil and flour.

✨And in the end you will get just a huge cake for tea! Try it - it's very simple and delicious! 🥰

📕To make a cake you will need: 🥙

For filling:
Juice, fruit drink or compote (home or store - it doesn't matter) - 600 ml
Sugar - 3-4 tbsp. l. (the amount depends on the sweetness of the juice)
Cornstarch - 4 tbsp l. (70 g)
For the test:
Juice - 400 ml
Vegetable oil (refined) - 120 ml
Wheat flour - 500 g
Soda - tsp l.
Vinegar or lemon juice - 2 tsp l.
Sugar - 1 glass (150-160 g)

👨🏻‍🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️

First, let's prepare the filling. To do this, pour juice (600 ml) or another drink into a saucepan or stewpan. Add sugar. If the juice is sour, you can add more. You don't need to put sugar in a very sweet juice or compote (if you cooked it yourself). We also pour starch there.

Stir everything well with a whisk so that there are no lumps left. You don't have to completely dissolve the sugar - it will disperse during the filling process. You will get a cloudy liquid.

We put the pan on fire and, with constant stirring, wait until the mass thickens. At first, nothing will happen for a long time, but you do not go far, because the starch at the bottom can thicken very quickly, and the filling will burn from the bottom. As it brews, the turbidity will go away, the mass will gradually become more transparent and in consistency will resemble a very thick jelly. We remove the filling from the fire, cool, and even more so cool, it is not necessary. It can be added to the cake while it is warm.

Let's start making the dough. To do this, pour the remaining juice into a deep bowl, add butter and sugar.

Stir with a whisk until sugar dissolves.

Then we add the flour in parts, be sure to sift it first.

Gradually knead a rather thick, homogeneous dough. There shouldn't be any lumps!

We extinguish the soda with vinegar or lemon juice and add to the dough. Stir quickly and pour into a baking dish, flatten the top. It is important that the diameter of the mold is at least 23 cm - the cake really turns out to be huge! If the form is metal, line the bottom with baking paper. I had a silicone one, so I didn't grease it or line it with anything - from which mold the cake can be taken out just fine.

Now carefully put the filling in the center of the dough with a spoon or ladle. We put the pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.

Be sure to let the finished pie cool completely, since the filling will be liquid when hot. Then we cut and serve with tea. The pie turns out to be very tasty and "elegant".
