It is better to choose tuna in its own juice. We also need a chicken egg and pickled cucumber. If you like more juicy snacks, you can add mayonnaise, respectively, this option will no longer be very healthy and dietary. As for bread or loaf, give preference to your favorite one - whole grain, without yeast, with spices, vegetables, spices, dried fruits, etc.
Ingredients:
Tuna s / s - 100 g
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.
Dill - 2 branches
Salt, pepper - to taste
Bread or loaf - 2 slices
Garlic - 1 clove
Cooking process:
1. Prepare all the necessary foods according to the list.
2. Boil a chicken egg in salted water until tender - 8-10 minutes is enough from the moment of boiling. Cool under cold water, peel and grate on the finest grater.
3. Uncork a jar of tuna. Transfer the pieces of fish to the grated egg, you can add a little juice from the canned food and knead everything with a fork. If you don't want to add juice, you can use mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Put the loaf slices on the hot grill pan, dry them on both sides.
5. Grate the croutons with the chopped garlic clove on both sides.
6. Place tuna and egg on each slice.
7. For a beautiful appearance, add a sprig of fresh aromatic dill to each sandwich.
8. Cut the pickled cucumbers into wedges or cut in half. Place them on top of the tuna and eggs.
9. That's all, sandwiches can be served at the table.
