Let's prepare a delicious and quick snack that everyone will like - tomatoes with cheese and garlic. The combination of processed cheese, eggs and garlic itself is familiar to many, because this simple salad has been made a long time ago. It can be used as a spread on sandwiches, but in our version we replace the bread with tomato slices - it will turn out much tastier.

You can serve such an appetizer to the table on one beautiful dish, I am sure that all guests will appreciate your creative impulse. Well, if you decide to lay out the tomatoes with cheese in portions when serving, then add a few baked potato wedges and a piece of meat to each plate.

Ingredients:

Tomatoes - 3 pcs.

Processed cheese - 1 pc.

Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon

Garlic - 2 cloves

Quail eggs - 8 pcs.

Salt, pepper - to taste

Cooking process:

1. Prepare all products according to the list. You can choose the most delicious processed cheese, with an additional flavor, or regular cream cheese - whichever you prefer.

2. Try to take tomatoes of about the same size, wash and dry them, cut off the tails. Cut off the place of growth of the stalk in each tomato, and then cut into plates of medium thickness (circles).

3. Prepare eggs - wash and transfer to a ladle, add water and add a little salt. Cook them for 8-10 minutes from the moment of boiling, then cool in cold water. Leave half of the quail eggs to decorate the snack - peel and cut in half.

4. Grate the remaining eggs on the finest grater together with melted cheese. To make the cheese easy to grind, you can first throw it into the freezer for 10 minutes, so that it becomes slightly harder, and then grate it.

5. Peel the cloves of garlic and grate on a fine grater, toss into a bowl. You also need to add some mayonnaise. Stir the thoroughly prepared mass, if necessary, season with salt and ground pepper.

6. Spread the prepared cheese salad on top of each tomato plate. If desired, stir up a little with herbs.

7. Decorate the tomatoes with quail eggs and serve the appetizer to the table.
