Diet cottage cheese casserole in the oven will appeal not only to those who follow their diet and try to lose weight, but also to all lovers of cottage cheese and homemade baked goods. Add the very minimum of granulated sugar to the dish, solely to add a light vanilla flavor. By itself, the casserole will turn out to be tender and very tasty. The sweetness can be compensated by adding some fresh berries or fruits to the ready-made dish.

Ingredients:

Fat-free cottage cheese - 400 g

Chicken eggs - 1 pc.

Semolina - 1.5 tbsp.

Vanilla sugar - 20 g

Salt - a pinch

Yogurt - 2 tablespoons

Description:

1. Prepare the required set of ingredients.

2. If suddenly cottage cheese with large grains, you first need to rub it through a sieve. This manipulation will allow the casserole to acquire an airy texture. Add a little salt to the low-fat cottage cheese.

3. In a separate bowl, combine a chicken egg and a bag of vanilla sugar. Shake with a fork or whisk, add the egg mixture to the curd.

4. Then add a serving of delicious thick yogurt to the bowl with all the ingredients.

5. Then add semolina. If desired, replace semolina with a small amount of oatmeal.

6. Stir the curd mass thoroughly, leave it alone for 10 minutes. In the meantime, you can turn on and ignite the oven, setting the temperature to 180 degrees.

7. After a while, prepare a heat-resistant mold, silicone or ceramic, lightly oil the latter. Lay out the prepared cottage cheese. Move the container to the oven, bake for 25 minutes.

8. After the specified time, the curd casserole is ready. It can be served with milk or aromatic tea, coffee.
