Ingredients:

2 medium beets, baked in the oven (can be boiled)
4 fresh cucumber
1 bunch green onions
1L fatty kefir
4 boiled eggs
4 boiled potatoes (jacket)
dill
salt
black pepper
crushed ice (or without)

Preparation:


1. Pre-prepare beets, potatoes and eggs. They should be cooked and cooled down.

2. Fresh cucumbers cut into thin strips. If you peel the cucumber is bitter, the cucumber should be brushed, so as not to spoil the taste friedge.

3. Cold beetroot peel and grate or chop the thinnest strips.

Mix in a large bowl of sliced ​​vegetables.

4. Finely chop a bunch of green onions and add to the chopped vegetables.
