Salad "Nezhenka" with chicken and apple

There are several variations in the preparation of this salad, they differ slightly in the set of components. Today we are preparing "Nezhenka" with chicken and apple. It is not for nothing that the name was given to the salad, because it has a very soft and delicate taste, it just melts in your mouth. This softness is obtained due to the fact that each product is separately mixed with mayonnaise, and then all the resulting mixtures are laid out in layers. In addition to the taste, the dish has a very delicate appearance, all its ingredients are rather pale, discreet colors. This salad perfectly complements meat dishes or any side dish.

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet - 200 gr.

Apple - 1 pc.

Chicken egg - 3 pcs.

Hard cheese - 150 gr.

Mayonnaise - 100 gr.

Salt to taste

Greens - for decoration

How to cook:

Prepare the food you need.

Rinse the chicken fillet, place in a pot of water set on fire. After boiling, add salt to taste into the broth. From this moment, cook the meat for about 10 minutes, no more, otherwise it will become rubbery.

After boiling, chill the fillets completely, cut into small segments and place in a bowl. Combine with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, stir well so that the sauce envelops each piece of chicken.

Boil the eggs in advance and cool them in cool water, remove the shells. Carefully separate the yolks from the whites. Set aside the latter for a while, they will come in handy at the end of the salad preparation.

Grate the yolks with small holes. Mix the resulting shavings with 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise in a separate bowl.

Remove the top layer from the apple, rinse. Divide in two, remove core. Chop the pulp using a coarse or medium grater. Mix the apple mass with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.

Hard cheese grind with a fine fraction. Cheese shavings, like all other ingredients, mix separately with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise sauce.

As a result, you will end up with 4 separate containers with different products mixed with mayonnaise. After that, start shaping the salad by laying out layers. To do this, you can use a special molding ring.

Lay the first layer of the dish on a flat plate - chicken fillet, put the apple shavings on top.

Next, grease the salad with a very soft mass of yolks.

The next layer will be the cheese mixture.

When all the rows are laid, sprinkle the dish with chopped proteins, and the top itself with fresh herbs.

The Nezhenka salad with chicken and apple can be safely served on the table immediately after preparation, that is, without preliminary impregnation.
