Surely now someone will say - think 2 days off. They have them every week for the majority, which is not a week of weekend and not a month of vacation.

And I'm glad. After all, it is this attitude to life that shapes our very life.

Let's enjoy the little things and then our life will be much happier!

It's the same with losing weight. Someone rejoices at every 100g that has gone in a week and slowly but surely goes to their goal and achieves it.

And someone is unhappy with minus 1 kg per week and as a result throws everything half way.

It's okay to want more than you currently have. But if you do not rejoice and do not appreciate what you have right here and now, you may not achieve what you dream of. Don't you think so?

Each of us chooses his own path.

Someone decided on tough restrictions in the hope of losing weight quickly. But will it be possible to maintain weight after such weight loss? The question is so question. And I'm sure most people will get all their extra pounds back as soon as they return to their regular diet.

And someone slowly, with a small calorie deficit, is changing for the better, getting used to a new diet, acquiring new eating habits that become a way of life. And at the same time, you gain confidence that the extra pounds will not return.

I chose my own path - this is a comfortable and tasty weight loss. After all the diets and hunger strikes, it was calorie counting that helped me understand how much I really ate and how high in calories.

Eating little and not losing weight? Just calculate how many calories you actually eat and everything will fall into place.

I'll tell you about my menu for the day.

Today I have my perfect sandwiches again - whole grain bread (50 g), avocado (30 g) and lightly salted fish (60) - what I love.

Breakfast came out on 335 kcal.

Yesterday it so happened that in the evening I worked hard and for today I didn't have any urgent work. Everything is in turn.This means that I have enough free time during the day.

Here the other day I accidentally spied a salad recipe in some culinary program that goes on in the morning, and it seemed to me that by slightly changing the recipe, you can get an excellent PP salad. I really wanted to try it and I decided to cook a salad for a snack, especially since there is nothing difficult to prepare, everything is quick and simple.

The main ingredients are chicken ham and Chinese cabbage. I will definitely share the recipe with you soon. The salad is delicious, fresh, low in calories and with hints of piquancy.

225 g of salad - it turned out for me 150 kcal.

I really liked the salad - I will cook it more often.

For lunch I had borscht (500 g) with 40 g of sour cream 10% and sandwiches on whole grain bread (20 g) with 30 g of chicken pastroma.

Dinner 240 kcal.

I deliberately saved more calories for the evening.

I planned to cook shawarma and bake puff pastry cheesecakes with cottage cheese and raspberry jam with my own. I've already baked such ones recently and everyone liked them so much that they asked me to repeat them. And I wanted to try this cheesecake too. So I collected more free calories by the evening - I will celebrate Friday!

For dinner, my shawarma went to 495 kcal - this is 90 g of pita bread and chicken breast fried on an electric grill, 50 g of tomato, 20 g of pickled cucumber and carrots in Korean and sauce - 70 g of soft cottage cheese with garlic.

I decided to calculate how many calories there are in 1 cheesecake, usually I don’t consider such baked goods, because I don’t eat it myself, but since today I wanted such a cheesecake, I counted KBZHU. Do you know how much it turned out? 215 kcal. You can try and write 1 thing into your KBZHU, if you really want to.

Most of all I like that it is easy to prepare. I defrosted the ready-made puff pastry, divided it into 4 parts, mixed cottage cheese with an egg, added sahzam and vanillin. She formed a cheesecake, put a spoonful of curd mass in the middle and put it in the oven for 10 minutes, then added a spoonful of raspberry jam and again in the oven for 10 minutes. And you're done! Aromatic and tasty, and most importantly simple!

I have a minimum of fuss in the kitchen - everyone is happy with a delicious tea.

These are my cheesecakes on puff pastry. I ate one of them for 215 kcal.

As a result, the day turned out to be 1435 kcal. B - 119, F - 50, U - 150.

To help the calorie deficit, I drink my water rate and do exercises, which includes planks, swings, squats). I walk on an ellipse for 5 minutes - I don't need more.

Someone wrote to me that 5 minutes on an ellipse is very short. Firstly, it depends on the pace at which it is not enough. And secondly, I'm not going to participate in the phyto-baby competition 2021 and kill myself for this on simulators. My physical activity is quite enough to maintain my tone.

If you like to work hard in the gym - it's your choice. I have slightly different priorities.
