1) Delicious pancakes kefir or curdled
Ingredients:
● 250 ml. yogurt (yogurt can be taken)
● 1 egg
● 2 tbsp Sahara
● 2 tbsp melted butter
● 150 g flour
● 1 tsp vanilla sugar
● ¼ tsp salt
● ¼ tsp soda
● 1 tsp baking powder
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, whisk the egg mix with sugar and vanilla sugar.
2. Yogurt or yogurt little heat and pour into the egg mixture.
Add melted butter and mix.
3. Flour mixed with soda, baking powder and salt, and add it to sift to the liquid mass.

2. Next, in a heated pan with stretch. butter spread 1 tbsp test - fry on both sides until golden color on medium heat.
3. Serve hot pancakes with butter or apple jam.
3) Biscuit pancakes
Ingredients:
● Eggs - 4 pcs.
● Sugar - 1 tbsp.
● Flour - 1 tbsp.
● Black currant (I have frozen) - 1 tbsp.
● Starch - 1 tbsp. l.
● Vanilla to taste
Preparation:
1. Prepared and washed and dried berries on the water a little roll in flour or starch.

4) Pancakes lush kefir
Ingredients:
● 500 g of yogurt
● 1 egg
● 350g of flour
● 2 tbsp Sahara
● 1/2 tsp salt
● 1/2 tsp soda
● 150 g of vegetable oil for frying
Preparation:
In a bowl poured yogurt, eggs, add sugar and salt. Mix the flour and baking soda. Add flour and baking soda in yogurt. Knead the dough whisk until smooth. Left to mature for 20 minutes.
I warmed pan with a thick bottom and poured into sunflower oil height 0.5 cm.

Ingredients:

● Wheat flour - 350 g,

● Vegetable oil for frying.
● Pancakes at yogurt
Preparation:
1. To prepare pancakes all the ingredients should be at room temperature.
2. Mix in a bowl the flour, sugar, salt and baking soda. In another bowl beat the eggs, pour the yogurt and mix thoroughly whisk.
3. Pour the dry ingredients in the liquid mix and whisk until thick homogeneous dough.
4. Frying pan, heat the oil and grease. Bake pancakes immediately prepared as a dough. If you have a Teflon or ceramic pan, add 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in the dough before cooking, in this case, the pan to oil is no longer necessary, the pancakes are not cleave.
5. Serve pancakes with sour cream, honey, jam.
