Good day, losing weight!

Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 42 kg.

Sunday the last day before the workers everyday life when you can enjoy your holiday, take a walk and gather strength for the work.

Well, the weather gives us the opportunity to walk and enjoy the spring and have the heating sun.

Today, therefore, an early breakfast, to lose no time to go for a walk in the spring woods and scout out the situation if all the snow come down, or only the one that is closer to the residential complex.

For breakfast sandwiches I wholemeal bread (60 g) with low-fat cheese (35 g) and pear (220 g).

Preferred sandwiches under Jasmine Green Tea gave good mood and Vitaminki capsule and omega-3 gave charge health.

You will agree that encourages a favorite food and if afford to it, little by little, depending on how much harmful vkusnuypirogek your favorite, you can avoid failures, just writing in KBZHU snacks.

Breakfast came on 365 kcal.

Immediately after breakfast - an exploration into the forest!

As you can see the tracks in the forest has not yet melted. So my planned races are pushed a little more.

Work up and went home hungry.

On undershot were fruit (mandarin (60g), kiwi (160 g) and green tea with chocolate 75% (15 g).

snack on 170 kcal.

For lunch, I fried pollock fillets on nonstick skillet over olive oil drop (my portion of fish - 170 g), boil the potatoes (my portion - 80 g) and chop some vegetables (tomatoes - 120 g) and cucumber (70 g).

Lunch came to 315 kcal.

After lunch decided to rest at home.

My dinner consisted of a mixture of braised Mexican non-stick frying pan and patties of minced meat, which I did recently postponed when meatballs.

Cutlet (200 g) and vegetable mix (120 g) - 380 kcal.

Total for the day turned 1230 kcal. Water rate almost overpower (the rate of 30 ml per kg of body weight).
