A recipe for those who are fasting. Delicious cutlets based on onions and potatoes. Be sure to cook them, I'm sure you will like it. It will be just super hot with a vegetable salad!
Ingredients:
onion
potatoes
garlic
loaf / bread
vegetable oil
salt
spice
breadcrumbs
walnuts
water
greens at will
So, first, cook 2 potatoes until tender and knead them until mashed. If the potatoes are large, then you can take one.
Then we take about 1/4 of the loaf and soak it in water. Soak the loaf / white bread for a short time, literally for a couple of minutes.
Add two finely chopped onions to the potatoes. You can also chop the onion with a blender. Put in the soaked bread, as well as some peeled and chopped walnuts.
Salt to taste, add black pepper and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Put 1-2 cloves of garlic, you can add a little dill or green onions.
Form cutlets from the resulting mass and roll in bread crumbs. And here I just want to give a little advice: cutlets can fall apart if you make them large. Therefore, it is better to form a size of no more than 5 cm.
Fry the cutlets until golden brown on both sides in vegetable oil without a lid. Done! They are delicious hot! Bon appetit, friends!
